Immersive Table Sound Bar Set

Overview

Seon is a table soundbar and bass system that integrates a user-friendly touchpad with an independent display, enhancing the experience of music, gaming, and theater entertainment. With its versatile material selection, atmospheric lighting effects, and intuitive interaction design, Seon offers a fresh approach to controlling and engaging with sound devices.

Bar & Bass

The set includes a sound bar and a separate bass speaker. The sound bar is 3.5 inches tall and designed to fit under most standard screens without obstruction. Both the sound bar and the bass speaker are equipped with independent control pads, allowing you to adjust their volumes individually. They are wirelessly connected and synchronized.

The bass is designed to be placed on the ground. Direct contact can cause vibrations to transfer to the floor, creating unpleasant noise. The tapered foot reduce the contact surface to four points, minimizing vibration transmission to the ground. The fabric wrapped around the bass speaker provides a soft, smooth texture, while metal rims outline the edges, emphasizing the boundaries between materials.

User Interface

The projected pixel-style screen displays music information and allows users to navigate through their collections directly on the speaker. It features four unique display modes that provides a immersive listening experience.

Bass Control

I chose dark grey, white, and dark wood as the main color tone to create a calm and relaxing aesthetic. Ocean-blue light glimmers indirectly, adding a mysterious vibe while highlighting the interactive elements. To enhance the electronic feel of the speaker, I incorporated a pixel-style texture into each button on the touch panel, giving it the appearance of an LED light panel. The icons are projected onto the pad by a projector positioned behind the screen.
